Thank you for shopping at Jer-Z Jay’s Cigars, LLC. We strive to provide you with the highest quality cigars, accessories, and service. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our Return and Refund Policy below.


1. Returns

- To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide a valid reason for the return.

- The returned product must be in its original condition, unopened, and unused.

- Cigars that have been opened, smoked, or tampered with cannot be returned.

- Accessories must also be returned in their original packaging and unused.


2. Return Process

- Please contact our Customer Service team at [insert contact details] to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

- Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the RA number, and ship them back to us at your own expense.

- We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure that the returned items reach us safely.

- Upon receipt of the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return requirements.

- If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.


3. Refunds

- In cases where free shipping was offered, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Non-Returnable Items

- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any consumed or partially smoked cigars, as well as any Cigars that have been removed or opened in any way to include any personalized or custom-made items.

- We reserve the right to modify or update our Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
